Role overview
You will support children with complex emotional and behavioural needs in a safe, structured and nurturing environment, helping them to develop independence and achieve positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Support children in daily routines
- Build positive relationships
- Deliver keyworker sessions
- Promote education and engagement
- Safeguard and protect children
- Complete accurate records
Requirements
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Willingness to complete Level 4 Diploma
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Positive, resilient attitude
